Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Sisternas Boutique! We appreciate your support and are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
During sales, holidays, or new product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and shipping destination.

Estimated delivery times:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–3 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your package's progress.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Sisternas Boutique is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error, please contact us immediately at thesisternasboutique@outlook.com. If your order has not shipped, we will do our best to update the address.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Sisternas Boutique is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We will gladly assist you with any information needed to help file a claim.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging so we can review the issue and work toward a resolution.
